On-site document execution for sports and talent professionals

Talent management agencies, sports agents, athlete representation firms, and sports law professionals periodically require notarized affidavits, acknowledgments, and executed documents as part of their operations. Where notarization or acknowledgment is required or requested, NJNY Legal Signing provides professional on-site execution — at your office, training facility, hotel, or agreed site — on a scheduled or short-notice basis. Not every representation agreement, endorsement contract, or athlete document requires notarization; we support document execution where those services are required or requested, and attorney-directed execution support where coordination is needed.

What We Support

Common notarization needs in sports and talent representation

Not every representation agreement, endorsement contract, athlete release, or sports-related document requires notarization. NJNY provides notarization and acknowledgment services for documents where those services are required or requested by the retaining party. Parties should confirm notarization requirements with their attorney before scheduling.

Affidavits & Sworn Statements

Notarized affidavits and sworn statements required in connection with representation matters, disputes, regulatory filings, or league compliance.

Power of Attorney & Authorization Documents

Execution of powers of attorney, authorization documents, and related instruments where notarization is required or requested by the retaining party or their attorney.

Corporate & Business Documents

Notarization of agency operating agreements, corporate resolutions, and business documents where acknowledgment or notarization is required.

Estate & Personal Legal Documents

Personal legal documents — healthcare directives, estate instruments, and related documents — for athletes, agents, and their families.

On-Location & Short-Notice Execution

Appointments at agency offices, training facilities, hotels, arenas, or agreed locations. Short-notice and same-day requests accepted when availability permits.

Recurring Account Support

Talent agencies and representation firms with consistent notarization needs can establish a recurring support arrangement.

Common Questions

Sports and talent appointment questions

Can NJNY come to an agency office, training facility, hotel, arena, or other agreed location?

Yes. NJNY travels to the client's location — agency offices, training facilities, hotels, arenas, and other agreed sites. Appointment locations must be authorized by the client or venue. We do not assume access to restricted or secured areas.

Can an agent, assistant, or legal representative arrange the appointment on behalf of an athlete or principal?

Yes. Appointments may be coordinated through an agent, executive assistant, sports attorney, or other authorized contact. We work within the coordination structure that suits the client and their representation.

Can NJNY assist with multiple authorized signers during one appointment?

Yes. Where multiple signers are present at the same location, NJNY can execute documents for each authorized signer during a single appointment. Please indicate the number of signers when arranging the appointment.

Are evening, weekend, and short-notice appointments available?

Evening and weekend appointments are available by appointment. Short-notice and same-day requests may be accepted when availability permits. Premium scheduling and travel fees may apply.

Do representation agreements, endorsement contracts, or athlete releases always require notarization?

No. Notarization requirements depend on the specific document and the instructions of the retaining party or their attorney. NJNY provides notarization and acknowledgment services where those services are required or requested — we do not determine whether a particular document requires notarization.

Can NJNY handle attorney-directed document execution for sports law clients?

Yes. NJNY works with sports attorneys and their clients to execute documents as directed. We do not provide legal advice or prepare documents — documents must be fully prepared before the appointment.

Can a talent agency or representation firm establish recurring support?

Yes. Agencies and representation firms with consistent notarization needs can establish a recurring support arrangement. Contact us to discuss volume, scheduling preferences, and account setup.

Can NJNY coordinate private or discreet appointments for athletes, executives, or principals?

Yes. Private and discreet appointments are available for athletes, executives, and principals. Appointments may be coordinated through a representative and conducted at an agreed private location. See our Private & Discreet Appointments page for more detail.

Does NJNY require locker room, field, or restricted-area access?

No. NJNY does not assume access to restricted or secured areas. Appointment locations must be authorized and accessible to NJNY by the client or venue. We work with the client to identify an appropriate location.

Can NJNY work around training schedules, game days, or travel windows?

We make reasonable efforts to accommodate the schedules of athletes and their representatives, including evening and weekend appointments. Contact us directly to discuss specific timing needs.
